Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-09 · Version 1.0
1. Who we are
Turnavio (https://turnavio.com) is a software-as-a-service product for managing appointments, availability, staff and venues. It is independently operated by Diego Bonnin, an individual based in the Republic of Paraguay ("Turnavio", "we", "us"). Turnavio is not an incorporated company. Contact: support@turnavio.com.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
2. The service
Turnavio provides software that lets venues, independent professionals and their staff publish shifts, take reservations and notify the people involved. Your subscription pays for access to the Turnavio software only. Turnavio is not a party to, and does not process payments for, the appointments or services you provide to your own customers.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract, or act on behalf of a business that is. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data, for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including activity by secretaries or other users you grant access to.
4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
Access to Turnavio requires a paid subscription to one of the plans listed on our Pricing page. The price, currency, billing interval and plan limits are shown there and again at checkout before you pay. The price of a subscription is fixed for the plan version you subscribed to.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as shown for the plan) and the renewal charge is taken from the payment method you provided until you cancel.
Payments are processed by our payment partner Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for subscription sales. Lemon Squeezy collects payment and applicable sales taxes or VAT, issues receipts and handles payment-related enquiries under its own terms. Turnavio does not receive or store your card details.
If a renewal payment fails, your account may be restricted to billing functions until the overdue invoice is paid; your data is not deleted because of a late payment.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can cancel through the subscription management link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or by writing to support@turnavio.com.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts or our infrastructure;
- interfere with the service, overload it or circumvent plan limits;
- upload malicious code or use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
8. Your data and your customers’ data
You keep ownership of the data you enter, including appointment and patient or customer records. You are responsible for having a lawful basis (for example, consent) to store and contact the people whose data you enter, and for complying with the laws that apply to your profession. We process that data on your behalf to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep Turnavio available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance, outages of third-party providers and events beyond our control may affect it. Support is provided by email at support@turnavio.com.
10. Intellectual property
Turnavio, its software, design and branding belong to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either party’s intellectual property.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or any mandatory consumer rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Please contact us first at support@turnavio.com so we can try to resolve any dispute informally.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date and version are shown above; material changes will be communicated by email or in the application. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
